ORDERING

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?FAQ

OPTION 1: Shop online and pay using your credit card or PayPal account

OPTION 2: Order through email and pay through bank deposit or fund transfer

  1. Email us at figuresofbeans@gmail.com to place your order. Please specify the following:
    • Complete Name
    • Mobile Number
    • Order
      • Kind (Coffee Ground or Coffee Beans)
      • Flavor (Irony, Oxymoron, Paradox, Understatement, Metaphor, Euphemism)
      • Size (250g, 500g or 1kg)
      • Quantity
      • Packaging (Regular Pouch or Burlap)
    • Shipping Address
    • Recipient’s Name (optional for gifts)
  2. We will send you your Billing Details.
  3. Settle the full amount through Bank Deposit. Bank account details will be sent through email.
  4. Email a copy of the deposit slip to figuresofbeans@gmail.com.

I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER AND PAID MY BILL, WHAT WILL I DO NEXT?

  • Once your order is verified, we will send you a confirmation email and we will ship the products to your specified address.
  • Expect 5-7 working days (Metro Manila) and 7-14 working days (provincial areas) for your package to be delivered.  **Delivery schedule may change during the holiday season. 

I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER AND PAID MY BILL BUT I CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDERS?

We can only cancel orders that have not yet settled the payment. All orders are final upon completion of payment. You can email us a figuresofbeans@gmail.com for cancellation of unpaid orders.

I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER, BUT I WANT TO CHANGE THE ITEMS IN MY LIST, WHAT WILL I DO?

Please email us a NEW order form, including ALL items that you wish to purchase. Indicate “CHANGE IN ORDER” in the Subject. Specify the following:

  • Complete Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Date Initial Order Was Placed
  • New Order Details
  • Kind (Coffee Ground or Coffee Beans)
    • Flavor (Irony, Oxymoron, Paradox, Understatement, Metaphor, Euphemism)
    • Size (250g, 500g or 1kg)
    • Quantity
    • Packaging (Regular Pouch or Burlap)
  • Delivery Address
  • Recipient’s Name (optional for gifts)

I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER AND PAID MY BILL BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY EMAIL FROM FOB YET, WHAT WILL I DO?

Please expect a reply from FOB within the following business hours:
Mon-Sat 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

CAN I PLACE MY ORDER THROUGH TEXT OR MESSAGE YOU THRU FACEBOOK?

Sending orders through text or Facebook is highly discouraged. Orders sent through email are prioritized.

ONLINE STORE

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

Figures of Beans is an online shop. We do not have a physical store. If you wish to see the complete coffee lineup, you may visit K&L Cafe.
WHERE ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?

All orders are shipped from our office in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

DO YOU DO MEET-UPS OR PICK UPS?

We don’t do meet ups. We send the package to your desired address via our courier or you may pick up your orders at K&L Cafe, which is located at 138 Ching Santos Building Katipunan Road, Quezon City.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

IS THE SHIPPING FEE ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS?

Shipping fee is excluded from the price of the products. Please email us at figuresofbeans@gmail.com to inquire about the shipping rates.

WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE TO SHIP THE ITEMS?

We use Xend to send the items to your desired address.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDERS?

Upon payment of your bill and the receipt of confirmation email from FOB, expect 5-7 working days (Metro Manila) and 7-14 working days (provincial areas) for your package to be delivered.  

**Delivery schedule may change during the holiday season.

HOW ARE SHIPPING RATES CALCULATED?

Shipping rates are calculated according to the size and quantity of the package.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order through your tracking number, which we will send in the confirmation email.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE METRO MANILA?

Yes, we ship orders outside Metro Manila. Shipping fees apply.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES?

As of the moment, we do not ship our products outside the Philippines.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

MY ITEMS ARRIVED BUT ARE PHYSICALLY DAMAGED, WHAT WILL I DO?

We make sure that all items that are shipped from our office are well secured.

If in case the items are damaged, please send us a photo of the items through email. We request you to send the items back to us within three days upon receipt. Please send all the items using its original package and we will review the incident.

We will notify you regarding the status of your order after inspection.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Once a sale is done and the product has no defect, one cannot return the goods nor ask for a refund. Exchange and refund are only allowed when products are proven damaged or defective.

WHO WILL SHOULDER THE SHIPPING COST?

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

WILL THE PRODUCTS BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED?

When the items are proven damaged, you may request to have the products replaced or the payment refunded.

HOW MUCH WILL BE REFUNDED?

The total payment for items ordered, excluding the shipping fee, will be refunded.
